*Bocaue Church is popularly known a Saint Martin of Tours Parish 
*The franciscans built the church in 1578 that was replaced by Fr. Pedro De Los Santos (OFM) with a stronger structure in 1606
*Afterwards, the church underwent a series of rebuilding and improvements until it was destroyed by fire in 1868
*It was rebuilt and razed again during the Philippine Revolution of 1898
*The church was dedicated in honor of St. Martin Tours and is a diocesan shrine in honor of holy cross more popularly known as “Krus ng Wawa” to local devotees
*The church has been rebuilt and restored times since then
