*It was designed by Architect Fernando H. Ocampo and built in 1928 was completed in the mid-1930’s
*The house was former residence of Don Luis Wenceslao Dison and Felisa Hison
*Dison was a successful sugar planter, businessman and devoured religious leader
*It was propitious that his house was purchased by the Roman Catholic archdiocese of San Fernando
*Today, the Dison House is being used as the “Archdiocesan Chancery”
