*Built by the Eugster Family from whom it was acquired by the Oidor De La Audencia, Hose Moreno Lacalle
*Occupied by admiral Patricio Montojo of the Spanish Navy in 1897-1898 Later, by the Spanish Royal Navy Club in 1898
*It was Home and Headquarters of U.S Military Governor Arthur MacArthur in 1899 and later he called “Goldenberg Mansion” 
*The First Philippine Senate held its sessions here in 1917
*It was formerly School of Adamson University (former name Adamson School of Industrial Chemistry ASIC) in 1932 
*It was also occupied by Michael Goldenberg (Cosmetics Manufacturer in 1950)
*Eventually bought by the Philippine Government during the Marcos regime in 1966 and is currently part of the Malacañang complex
